We only take back complete pallets. Return delivery is at the customer’s charge.

Our products that do not have an expiration date can also be returned.

The return cannot be larger than half of the last order.

If there is any border charge, it will be at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions

  • Sale items and Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must include their labels and be in their original packaging.

2. Provide us with the following information about damaged or broken products :

  • Photos of the breakage
  • Write the name and the product code
  • Write the number of products you want the code to return
  • Short description: Why do you want to return the product(s)?

* You have a period of 15 working days for the refund of the damaged product*
